Registration
Thank you for your interest in CCNIS 2025 which will be held in the hybrid mode facilitating the foreign participants via online platform. Authors of accepted papers are kindly asked to pay the registration fees to complete the registration process, if publication and presentation are required. Listeners are also need to make the payment if they plan to attend the conference.

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the digital conference proceeding, which will send to be reviewed and indexed by major citation databases such as Ei Compendex, Scopus etc. Selected papers will be considered for submission in journal after significant extension.

An acceptable limit is at least 4 pages per paper, if the paper exceeds 6 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 50 USD/ page.
1) Earlybird registration deadline at August 1, 11:59PM (UTC+8)
2) Full student registration covers only one regular paper (main or adjunct).
3) Full non-student regular registration covers up to two regular papers (main or adjunct).
4) One regular registration is within 6 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
5) One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only ONE proceedings.
6) At least one author for each accepted final paper must register for paper publication.
7) Students must provide proof of their status to the conference secretariat.
8) The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.
9) The conference papers will be submitted for publication on time, and the publishing press will submit the proceedings to major database, such as EI, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other databases. Since the database has the right to selected for inclusion in the engineering database, so we can not make any guarantee for any index. Please consider clearly before registering
Cancellation policy

If a registrant is unable to attend CCNIS 2025, they may substitute, by arrangement with the conference organizer, someone else to attend the conference, or transfer their participation to another conference (within 15 months). If the aforementioned solutions are not applicable to the registrant, the following policies of cancellation and refund apply:

1. Up to 90 days prior to the conference date: 70% refund of the registration fees paid;

2. Less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to the conference date: 60% refund of the registration fees paid;

3. Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days prior to the conference date: 50% refund of the registration fees paid;

4. Less than 30 days prior to the conference date: No refund.

The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war, epidemic and all similar situations beyond the organizer's control.

Content will be submitted to the indexing databases for indexing. As indexing services are independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.
