[2] Professor Tang Yuanyan has been engaged in scientific research in the fields of pattern recognition and image processing for a long time, and has achieved a series of highly innovative and internationally advanced research results. In particular, he has made significant contributions to the progress of science and technology and won the first prize of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education in 2005. More than 240 major research results have been published in high-level international journals and conferences.

Dr. Lakmali Shashika Karunarathne is currently working as a lecturer, module director and the academic induction lead. Her academic achievements include a Diploma in Information Technology with an outstanding A+ rating, a First-class honours bachelor's degree in software engineering at Plymouth University, United Kingdom associated with NSBM Green University, Sri Lanka and a distinction in MSc in Computer Science at York St John University. Dr. Lakmali Shashika Karunarathne began her career as a lecturer and program coordinator, honing her leadership and management skills. She served as the head prefect of her school and successfully developed leadership skills. Through these experiences, she honed her abilities in leadership and effectively managed student courses. With a strong foundation in leadership, Dr. Lakmali Shashika Karunarathne have excelled in academia and the technology industry. Transitioning to software development as a software developer, she bridged theory and practice, solving real-world challenges. With an MSC in computer science, she joined York St John University, where she is a lecturer in data science and computer science department. Dr. Lakmali Shashika Karunarathne published research article on the Internet of Things, Programming languages and databases demonstrates her passion for teaching and interest in innovative technologies. Her dedication, knowledge, and passion position me as a visionary educator and a driving force in computer science and education.
